I know some days our worries get to us, and take up a lot of our time and energy.
 
This is a simple trick to "flip the switch" when things get you anxiety prone. it is from the book called "Excuse Me Your Life is Waiting" by Linn  Grabhorn.
 
 
Make a list of 30 things you love about yourself.
number them 1-30
it can be done. things like:
I love my singing voice"
I love my ability in sports
I love my baking skills,
 my mechanical skills..
.my hair..
 
make a list of 30 things you love about you.
Then... when your favorite #1 worry starts up, that sick feeling comes when you think of your problems... the panic starts up... just "flip the switch" to your thing to love for the day, and flow attention and love to that thought. Your feelings will change, the day will get better. Over the days that follow it will get easier. Make a new list next month or use the same list. Your guidance will tell you what's best.
