There is a serious glitch with calls connecting
I have had a number of clients tell me that they are having trouble connecting with me…
When I try and answer some calls, I get dead air and you are getting a message that I didn’t accept the call, If this happens please let me know.. If I am signed online it is not my aim to miss calls....
Sometimes, I don’t show available when I am signed into Keen and online…
Since this is my full time profession, I am always available to my Keen clients…. I would appreciate it if you drop me an email and let me know if you are experiencing any problems connecting..…
I can be reached by using the Arrange A Call Feature. If I am showing Arrange A Call simply click my listing and input how long you are willing to wait to speak with me. This will send a message to my phone that I use only for Keen calls telling me that someone is waiting to speak with me… I get to these calls right away…
You can also make an Appointment... When you make an Appointment you can set the time you want to talk…. Keen Appointments ring straight through to me at the time you select no matter what day or hour... You can schedule an appointment for days in advance or 15 mimutes in advance... Even if I am not signed in to Keen ...This is also forwarded to my cell phone for quick response….
I give free minutes for all appointments scheduled …
