Religion And Psychics
I'm aware this is a touchy/sensitive topic, but I've had clients call asking about this and I myself was born Catholic so I know where some of you may be coming from. I honestly believe that most if not all of us are born with some degree of psychic ability. If we were born with it, why aren't we supposed to use it?
I can remember as young as 8-10 knowing something was going to happen before it did and things like that. My mother is a very strict Catholic though and from an early age I was taught that all of this was wrong. When I became old enough to decide for myself, I realized there was more out there and I wanted to explore. I felt that I was lead down this path and to me, the work that I've done in the last 7 or so years here on Keen has shown me that this is where I'm supposed to be.
As with anything, there are good and bad psychics and good and bad points to it. I believe if it's used responsibly, which to me means that readers don't charge outrageous prices for readings or spells and things like that and that customers use this as a tool and a guide to making your own choices/decisions, not the be all and end all, there's nothing wrong with consulting a reader. Sometimes you need advice on the right path to take and other times you need an objective person. There are some things you just can't discuss with friends or family.
I honestly believe that whoever's out there wants us to be good people. Yes, there are many stories about psychics and the like swindling or cheating, but if you ask me, there are just as many if not more of people who really truly help people. I don't see how you can be punished as long as you're being responsible. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on this.
