Jupiter and Pluto went direct on Monday with Mercury conjunct Mars, squaring Jupiter. Definition: Over expansive Emotions, and speaking passionately, and things starting to come out into the open that have been 'hidden,' or unknown. Jupiter rules religion and younger men, as well as financial institutions and all matters related to money.
So, how does astrology work, and what have we found out since Jupiter went direct on Monday? We have found out that Republican VP Candidate Sarah Paulin has been a member of a church organization of what many mainstream Americans would not consider middle of the road as her personal/religious beliefs include the opinion that Alaska is a last hold out in the Christian kingdom, and  that perhaps the war in Iraq is God ordained. People are speaking passionately about these revelations one way or the other, as well as her, and it is effecting the campaign of her rival (Jupiter-younger man ) Barrack Obama. 
On another front we also know that the largest holders of mortgages (Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac) have been taken over by the government. Other financial institutions are are reported to be facing crisis. Jupiter, (and Pluto, ruler of things secret and hidden) have both gone direct, and we have several major developments within the span of a few days, both of which to date have been 'hidden' from public view.  And as events transpire on the world stage, they transpire in our own individual theatre called our life.
 
Venus and Mars are both at 14 degrees of Libra today with Mercury (planet of communication) only 1 degree off at 15 degrees. This transit is causing many people to open up more and express their feelings than at other times. This continues on Friday with Mars and Venus both at 15 degrees of Libra. Mars/Venus is a passionate combination that does not include lukewarm feelings.
 
Friday, September 12th, the Sun opposes Uranus, and this is a potentially explosive transit.  Expect the unexpected, and don't be surprised if you start to feel agitated. This is what I refer to as an 'accident transit,' so use caution in all matters, especially driving.  It may appear that other people are looking for augments and I really expect to hear news about the latest hurricane, "Ike."
 
We have a full moon at 22 degrees in Pisces on Monday, September 15th at 5:13 AM EST.. Common thought is that the events of a full moon begin to transpire three days before (or earlier) and as late as three days after.  I find that events and situations start to occur as much as a week before, and I expect to see events from the full moon start to transpire right away.
Normally, I would consider a Pisces full moon to be somewhat placid, but in this case it opposes Uranus and is within 5 degrees of squaring Pluto. I believe this full moon will have to do with unusual weather patters and hurricanes. It is an upsetting, agitating transit in general, and as always with Uranus, one may expect the unexpected. Previously unknown factors will emerge. Pisces is ruled by Neptune, God of the unknown, of empathy and compassion, and of sympathy and understanding and grace. It  spirituality, religion, and great creativity.  The 'darker side' of Neptune deals with deception, confusion, drugs and alcohol, and the spirits (alcohol) may be flowing freely over the weekend. A lot of situations around us will be cloaked in mystery and it will become harder to know who deserves sympathy and compassion and who doesn't. Leslie
