Mercury goes stationary direct on Feb.19th at 8 degrees in Scorpio. The ability to get to the bottom of a situation or problem increases, as Mercury in Scorpio can be a mental detective.  It will become easier to find solutions and answers to our questions.  Don't expect it to be instant, though.  Mercury won't actually move forward until Saturday, the 23rd, and it will take us until March 7th for the energy to get back to where it was when Mercury went retrograde on February 2ond at 23 degrees in Aquarius.
Retrograde Mercury slows communication and causes breakdowns in communications, decisions, progress in general, as well as equipment and situations, placing us in a time where the keywords are to reflect, and re-organize our lives. Often, things  are put on hold or important communication is delayed while the Winged God travels backward.(Or, at least, seems to)
Mars rules our action, and ability to move forward and Mars was  retrograde between November 15, 2007 and January 30, 2008. Since that time it has been stationary direct, without moving forward at all since January 19th. It starts to move forward again on the 11th of February. 
What does all this mean for you? Life will start to move ahead again around the last week in Febuary. Projects that have been slowed or stalled may start to move forward. Decisions about relationships will start to become clear, and communication may start to pick up.  And, around the same time, February 21, 2008, we will have another eclipse in Virgo!
