~ An Irish Blessing ~
Happy St Patrick's Day !

Today, everyone is an honorary Irishman according to the Irish :)

I am a daughter of Ireland, my family still live on the same land it has for generations. I left Ireland at the age of 2, and have been blessed to return to my homeland. I was honored  to take my children to the old family farm house, thatch roof and all.
There is a spirit in and of Ireland that touches all who visit the Emerald Isle.
It has been described as a mystical land by many. The people of Ireland are friendly & welcome you as though you are an old friend. The Irish history provides details of great suffering endured by people. The music tells the stories with great emotion and expression of the strength of the human spirit. The strength of faith, the strength of determination, and yes the strength of the whiskey too :)
Today I share with you a traditonal Irish blessing whether  or not you celebrate by wearing o' the green or raising a glass in toast with friends & family~

                            ~An Irish Blessing~

May the road rise to meet you
May the wind always be at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face
May the rains fall soft upon your fields
                           and until we meet again....
May God hold you in the palm of His hand

Happy St. Pats Day to you Dr.  This day always brings back memories of my Mother and her ancestry.  She was an Irish sprite and we loved her so much.  Her stories of Ireland sustain us to this day.  Blessings to you

Dear Rosie,

Story telling is the way families pass down our history to the next generation. Most of the stories become more colorful each time they are told. Happy St Paddy's Day Rosie :)
