I enjoy weekends as they offer us a time to unwind, relax & simply enjoy how we spend our time.

I can tell you with 20+ years of experience in counseling and advisor work, fear is the number factor that keeps many people stuck in their lives. They may be afraid of hearing an answer that is not what they want it to be. You should realize that staying in fear and avoiding the truth is a lot harder then facing the truth. It may appear to be easier, but really all you are doing is postponing the inevitable, the truth.
