~ Finding Faith ~
Finding Faith and I don't mean religious Faith.
I am talking about your personal Faith, your inner connection to the Universe and your place in it. Your sense of knowing you are never alone, always protected and always exactly where you are meant to be.
Finding Faith within you may be difficult during trying times.
It is at these exact times, you are being given an opportunity to increase the strength of your faith. You are being given the opportunity to rely upon your Faith, especially during challenges and difficulties we all encounter along the journey called life.
When we look at people whom in their own lives have been an outstanding example of what human Faith can do, we see stories of human survival, stories of success against all odds, and all contain one key ingredient, a solid sense of KNOWING these people all have within themself. They displayed an undying strength, courage and optimism based upon their inner knowing, their Faith.
When you find yourself in difficult times, it is easy to feel abandoned, lost and alone. You may even feel hopeless. This is an opportunity for you to develop and strengthen your Faith.
Below is an affirmation that is just for those trying & difficult times. Say this mantra to yourself, either outloud or inside your mind. Both ways work equally, you just need to find which feels best for you.
Repeat these words over & over again. Use this mantra to fill your heart/soul with Faith. Once you do, your mind & body will follow. You will feel a strength coming from deep within your center. Your mind will start to follow your new direction. You will then be at your best to handle anything that comes your way. Use this mantra as often as is necessary, you can not over use it !
Sitting in traffic, washing dishes, walking in the park, use this anywhere and at anytime. It is powerful and transforming!
FAITH
