THIS is the purpose of my blog.
Way back in April '07 when these Keen blogs were introduced, I created mine with the intention of brightening up the day for others.
Kindness matters to me and I know kindness can & will make the difference in one person's life each & everyday.
Real life can be stressful and quite often it is the little things that make the biggest difference in our daily lives and struggles.
I have been gone from blogging for several reasons, one being the evaluation of my blog, it's content and it's purpose. I chose to slow down for the past few weeks, which was not an easy task for me as I am one who loves to share via blogs..but I needed to step away for a while.
I evaluated myself and then returned to observe the bloggers on Keen. Being a silent witness or observer was a wonderful opportunity I embraced & enjoyed.
I also spent a good amount of time reading blogs across the web. People write about everything & anything...we are definetly creatures who love to express our inner thoughts & feelings & opinions.
Some things never change...like sex sells & attracts readers, and controversy even better....online arguements are pure entertainment for the reader who is not involved and the number of viewers for that blog sky rocket..BIG TIME.
I also find that people will say anything because the computer screen is between them & us. Outrageous comments, harsh & strong judgements and arguements are numerous ....that song "Dirty Laundry" from the '80's is running thru my head..."kick them when their up, kick them when their down...give us dirty laundry."
After taking a long hard look around the www and then going within and looking at myself, I have decided to return to my simple blog posts. They are written in Light & Love energy. I enjoy that energy, heck infact that is the energy I thrive in :)
So..back to basics for me....I hope somewhere out there under the big beautiful sky someone will crack a smile when they read my blog...for that is the greatest treasure of all...sharing goodness with others :)
