OVERCOMING THE NEGATIVE & DESTRUCTIVE IN YOUR LIFE
The way to overcome negative thoughts and destructive emotions is to develop opposing positive emotions that are stronger and more powerful.
This takes more than prayer & wishing. It requires deep analysis into the cause of harsh feelings like hatred and a conscious effort to shift one's perspective.

Dear Donna,

What a great question! I know so many other people are asking the same exact question!
"AS YOU THINK, SO SHALL YOU BE!"

NEGATIVE THINKING IS AN ATTITUDE!

NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ARE REALLY AN ATTITUDE, experienced in the mind. It is the way of looking at a life situation and feeling hopeless.
Despair itself is a mental process that sizes up and views situations as awful. When you recognize despair as being a mental attitude you begin the process of bringing
hope to the inner vision of despair and dissolve it.

REMEMBER "As you think, so shall you be"
People who have been in a negative situation for so long actually become accustomed or used to this way of thinking. To break this mindset, you need to accept responsibility for your own happiness(WHICH IS AN ATTITUDE TOO!), realize
your life long patterns and accept the responsibility to change your self.
In order to be genuinely happy and positive there is only one thing to do. That is to deprogram yourself and permanently get rid of those low energy attachments.
Realize attachments are not facts, but are a fantasy  in your head, which you have
come to believe is real.
Now, to rid yourself of attachments, you simply need to drop them. You do that by constantly reminding yourself over & over that you falsely believed views of you that are not true. You spent years in the negative energy, you must counter that now with constant reminding that he was wrong, you are a good woman, a good person, you
deserve to be loved etc. You must now take responsibility for your attitudes and correct them for your self. It takes mental discipline to retrain our brain, yet such retraining is imperative if we really want our lives to change.
