~ Often it is our limited perception that holds us back ~
Limited perception of reality is normal for humans. Using only our 5 senses, we limit what our reality is. It's the mind vs the heart(soul). Your heart hold no emotions, it is a muscle. Your soul contains what often is thought to be in the heart. So it is mind vs soul. What we see vs what we feel deep within.
By properly looking, listening, thinking, and meditating, and by heeding our heart/soul as much as our minds, we can begin to perceive the world as it really is!
A reading can assist you by confirming what you feel but what you do not see. The ability to see past what is before you can bring you comfort, give you direction and clarity. It can also help you learn to start trusting and following what you feel from deep within. We have all we need within us. It is the chaos that life brings that can block our connection, static if you will. Experiences in our past often taint our perception. People treating us poorly or telling us we are not good enough damages our belief in self tremendously.
The time must come for each of us to clear out the old beliefs that do not serve our purpose any longer. Take the time to look within and see where your perceptions stem from. Are you looking at the present & future clearly? Are your emotions based upon the here & now or upon your past? Imagine trying to walk down the street while constantly looking over your shoulder at what is behind you. You will not walk a smooth & steady path will you? It would take much less enery & effort to turn your head and keep your eyes looking forward as you walk. You miss what is before you when your focus is looking back on the past. Experiences, emotions & perceptions...are yours in the present?
