~ RELEASE & RELAX with this MEDITATION ~
Happy Saturday everyone. I hope your weekend activities bring you joy and a bit of relaxtion too. I want to share a simple yet powerful meditation I learned years ago. I share this with you with the intent of helping you discover inner peace and tranquility. An important thing I want to mention about meditation, is, release any expectation of what "should happen" during your mediation, and just go with what "does happen". Enjoy :)
"Breathing in I calm my body...Exhaling I smile"
With each deep breathe in, take the air in all the way down to your abdomen. Allow the air to fill your body.
With each exhale, make a smile. Don't just imagine smiling, you should physically do it.
This is my all time favorite meditation because it is simple, and anyone can do it anywhere at anytime!
Try this and you will find your body relaxing, your mind clearing, and your spirit becoming Lighter.
You can use this meditation safely when you want to center your mind, body & spirit!
