Dear Samantha,
Your angels are with you always! I recommend meditation to quiet & still your mind,body & Spirit. Quite often it is our mental "trying" that creates our blocks! When you have 30 minutes or so, get comfortable, release all thoughts, release all expectations, and open your mind.
Next, release any emotional expectations, and open your heart to receive the love & guidance from your angels. Now, silently within your mind, clear your energy field by imagining a white light filling your body fully, cleansing any energy that is not serving you, let that energy be placed back out into the Universe where it belongs. Once you feel filled with this white light, call your angels to you. You can do this in your mind or actually using your voice. Something like, "angels, I call upon you to come to me, and to give me a message of wisdom & guidance." Relax, and allow your self to receive. Their messages are always positive and are always helpful.When you do connect, it may seem as though you are day dreaming...go with it! The difficulty we often have is believing we are actually communing with our guides & angels and not just imagining it. The difference is you feel their Love & Light in your heart center/chakra. Go with whatever comes to you, do not try to understand and rationalize it while you are meditating. Just allow their communications into your heart & minds eye. When you feel(inner knowing) they have given you a message, always thank them and   ask them to be with you always. As you come to consciousness(out of meditative state)...you may then start to "think" with your brain about their messages. Quite often, we feel as we have imagined or made up these messages. That is where trust comes in. Trust your images & messages you receive. Trust the angels to be there for your needs always! As you practice this...it becomes easier to connect, easier to believe that is actually occurring!
In summary:
1. relax your mind, body & spirit
2. release expectations
3. open your mind & heart
4. cleanse your self with healing white Light
5. call your guides/angels to you
6. let the messages flow, do not analyze
7. trust in your self to connect
8. trust that you have indeed connected
9. trust the messages/feelings you receive
10.regular meditation will make it easier to connect, and you will then become more trusting in the whole process.
I hope this helps you, as I know so many others want to connect, but disbelief and distrust stand in their way.
Trust Spirit, Trust your angels & guides, Trust your meditation abilities. Just like everything else we do, the more we do it, the better we become! Let me know how this works for you!

Hello,  I am in a bad place right now in my marriage and life.  My husband of 14 years has filed for divorce.  I do love him very much eventhough our marriage has had lots of ups and downs.  I have gone through alot of depression after the birth of each of my 2 boys.. With in the last year i have gotten help for my emotional problems and for some health problems.  He says will always love me just not like that any more.  He is in iraq and i don't know what to do i have asked for help but i get short not to the point answers.  please help me what can i do if anything or is this over and at an end god i hope not

how do i go about emailing you are you talking about on the keen sight or what. Thank you so much for wanting to help me i am so lost at this point.  Checking email today opened reunions.com just to see who had checked out my profile.  Well in my face the other woman and she had posted a pic of her and my husband on her profile.  I felt like my heart was being ripped out and stomped.
