~Time for a Relationship Review??? ~
Relationships of all types are an exchange of energy~
~Your family~ Your Friends ~Your Significant other ~Your Employer~
~Your co-workers~ Your neighbors ~ Your Pets ~
The energy you have within is the energy you put out into the world.
Think of it as your signal, your vibe.
If you take a look at the relationships in your life, do you see a pattern?
Most of us will.
Take inventory of your relationships, honestly and thoroughly look at who is in your life. Why are they there? How do you really feel about them? How do they make you feel? Is there a balanced exchange of energy?
Now, relationships are about give & take, when I say balance, I mean are you each giving & receiving ?
Do you feel appreciated & valued?
Do you feel wanted & loved?
Do you feel welcomed & accepted?
Do you feel good about yourself in this relationship?
Do you feel the other person brings out the best in you?
Do they challenge you to find your best within yourself?
If you can not answer yes to these questions, it is time for you to go within yourself to discover & uncover the sources of your energy.
Emotions & thoughts & choices & actions & intent are all energy.
If you are not happy with the quality of relationships in your life,
ask yourself, what can I do about it.
We have free will, free choice~ We co create our destiny~
Our control is in our choices and actions.
If someone is mistreating you or undervaluing you, it is time to become aware of what within you allows this to continue? You do have control of what you allow and accept.
Take some time to really look at the people & relationships you have in your life.
