This morning, I did my normal routine of meditation and asking spirit for a topic to write about on my blog. I do this simply because spirit knows what we each need to hear, just for today.
This blog allows messages of encouragement and inspiration to travel world wide, into your home & into your heart.
I may never know you personally on a human level, but I do know we are connected on the energy level, or soul level. Cyber space has allowed for us to connect without ever meeting. My goal with my private practice & work here on Keen is to share Light & Love with those whom spirit knows I can assist on a soul level. I take my work very seriously and I have known all of my life that my "gift" is meant to be shared with those who ask. I studied Psychology & Life Coaching, Metaphysics and Energy Healing to compliment this "gift". So when I reach out to you via this blog, know my heart & soul are in each & every message. I do care if I made your day a bit brighter or lessened your pain. Though we may never meet, I do know the connections are purposeful & spirit led. We get by with a little help from our friends, each & everyone of us. I am no exception. Each person I serve allows me the opportunity to feel blessed to be me, blessed to be able to make a positive contribution to another's life. To each and everyone of you, I am grateful for the opportunity to serve you. Serving others is my life purpose :)
Life is constantly presenting challenges to each of us. Doctors get ill & dentists get cavities. Life is such. The challenge is an opportunity to grow stronger, wiser, not just physically but spiritually too. Faith is often all we can go on in when we are facing a challenge. My faith has been challenged many times in 41 years, and I will say to you, that each and everytime I was challenged, I not only overcame, but I soared! I came out the other side of the dark tunnel/times a more faith filled & spirit trusting person then I was before!Everyone of us is capable of this, everyone of us! I share my personal stories to show you if I can do it then so can you ;)
Life will present to you many opportunities for spiritual growth, that is a guarantee.
You can arise out of the ashes like the great Phoenix!
Hard times are opportunties for growth & development. They are not punishment, they are simply lessons presented to us. What you learn & develop is your personal choice. If you find yourself in a down time, don't despair. There are better days ahead, and you will feel joy & love & happiness.
Remember, you choose your lesson from each experience...choose to grow and strengthen your mind, body & spirit.
