Global warming is changing a heck of a lot of things. Most of them like the iceburgs melting, are too far away to be real to me, except when I watch "Planet Earth." But because the window across from my work station looks out onto the deck railing where i feed the birds, I'm seeing disturbing signs of global warming right here at home. Have you? What it's doing to the cardinals is what's most disturbing to me. Below I've posted pictures to illustrate.
Illustration 1. they don't fly from the deck railing down to the deck. Instead they just kind of toss themselves off the rail without so much as a flutter of wings as you can see here:

Illustration .2 But that's not all, some of them seem too large to me. Look at this one in a standard sized bird bath:

Illustration .3 It's making others aggressive. This one was very upset with me, so I took this picture to prove it:

Illustration .4 It has made some of them look rough as hell:

Illustrations .6 and .7 But most disturbing of all, is that they're being born full grown out of some really weird shaped eggs.... check em out, These are probably the first two pictures ever taken of this rare event. Brace yourself. I guarandamntee ya, you've never seen anything quite like this before:

and here's another one!
So what do I think? In all seriousness, I know Global warming is real and scary and we all MUST do our part to reduce it. Thank you God, the cardinals are still fine and I say we all need to do our part to keep em that way. Have you replaced your light bulbs yet? Almost everyone else has. Come on, join the crowd. :))
And btw, the person who took these pictures and posted this blog is just a big idiot with a camera. :D
