Look! My pants that were getting shorter through most of 2006 are now, clearly, noticeably LONGER!!!! This is no trick photography. The waistline of these pants is sitting exactly at my waist and just look - they're longer!!!! Proof my butt isn't taking up so much of their space.

I come from a family of morbidly obese people. I've fought the weight loss battle and yoyoed up and down all my life. Consequently, though I've never gotten as big as the rest of the family, I have also never reached a healthy weight either.
But there's something very different about Oprah's Dr. Oz Diet. Here's why I believe it will work for me for the rest of my life....
I started the week before thanksgiving. I pigged out on thanksgiving, then again on Christmas. Then I quit smoking the first of the year. I pigged out when I celebrated my birthday with my daughter, and again when I celebrated it with Jerry three days later. But that's not all. I fell off the wagon every time Jerry took me out to eat. Which works out to about 6 times a month. I'd been afraid to weigh myself, figuring I was gaining again. But I joined Curves around the first of april. So with great trepedation i stepped on the scales and baaam! I'd lost 21 pounds. That was quite the inspiration. Here it is a month later and I've lost eight more (on the same set of scales now) so that's 29 pounds altogether.
So when will I post a picture of the entire improvement project? Not until I get under 200#. In the meantime, this post is just one woman's testimony to the effectiveness of Curving along the Oz Way to a longer, healthier and more enjoyable life. Between you and me - I am waaaay too lazy to always be carrying all this excess weight!
Doin' the happy dance of joy - your friend and slimming, healthier, little fat fly on the wall,
~ Lollie
p.s. That's my testimony to what's working better than anything else for me, now I'm really curious. What's working for you?
