I no longer diet and work out half assed any more. Backsliding is a job for fat people and I'm sincerely too lazy to do fat people work. So when I tell you I'm sticking to my incredibly healthy diet like velcro, that's a fact. When I tell you I work out seven days a week for an hour a day, that's a fact too. I missed one day in the last four months. Just one. I haven't missed a single day in the last 19 days since I got my Tanita. I wake up thrilled to go see what it's got to tell me every single day.
In the last 19 days I've regained 4.8 pounds of
muscle I'd lost. Weight has dropped 3.6 pounds. Which means really I've
lost 8.4 pounds of pure fat. That's fantastic, but I'm still not to 180
in clothes - YET. It's only a delay. And that's ok. Cause every day when I'd record my numbers, I could see that I was building muscle (which burns fat and makes you look leaner because you are), and I could do the simple math to see that even though my weight looked like I was stalled, even gaining a couple of days - I was doing a great job EVERY day. Correction: One day virtually all my numbers were stalled. I put out a text message to my three favorite mortal angels: "I've actually hit a plateau, come play ping pong." They came running and the numbers were back to beautiful the very next day.
Now you see why I love it so. :))

To burn only fat, not fat and muscle, I don't care who says this is a myth, I'm the woman doing it, and I've accidentally burned enough muscle to know you really do need to keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone to keep from burning muscle too. This makes it easy whether you're outside on your bicycle and especially if you're on a treadmill where you're supposed to hold the handles to read your heart rate. It's a hassle holding on to check your heart rate. Just wear the belt without the watch on treadmill days, and you can keep a constant read on your heart rate. It was by doing this that I discovered I burn fat much faster by walking with the machine on high inclines and lower speed. I do most of my work out with inclines of 10 to 15%. It's the tortoise and the hare all over again.

This is the highest rated kitchen scale at Amazon. It is the one item on the list I don't have.... YET. I'm getting it for myself for Christmas. Don't ask me why I've put it off. When I'm at the daily plate they list two different small bananas, one small banana is listed at 90 calories, the other one is 60. In the old days when I had a banana, it was close to a medium banana and I'd click on the 60 calorie banana. Now a days I click on the 90... but why go with idiot lights on my calories??? My father was a brilliant master mechanic and electrician. He taught me better than that. I am brilliantly lazy. That's why I'm too smart to stay fat.... so why on earth am I still using an idiot light in the kitchen? I guess so I could get irritated daily till I quit making that mistake. Maybe because I have to make all the mistakes so you don't have to. Whatever.
A good mechanic buys the best tools and when he makes a mistake, he takes responsibility for it. A bad mechanic uses the cheapest tools and when he makes a mistake, he blames the tools.
This isn't just an expensive car we're tuning up, this is the sports car we're going to spend the rest of our lives in. Mine is a classic Lamborghini. It takes the finest, high octane fuel (strictly the healthiest foods in the healthiest amounts) and to hell with idiot lights. It's too valuable for idiot lights.
I've eliminated 119 pounds of excess fat so far, and seriously, it would have gone nearly twice as fast if i'd had these four tools from day one. I wish I'd been as brilliantly lazy as I am now, way back then. But that's okay, cause now YOU can. :)&-=

Im a first time caller Lollie HAS A BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT she

It's funny how when talking about M she was saying the
