People admire my willpower and determination to stick
with this diet. It makes me feel silly. What's to admire? I have
dessert for breakfast. I can eat goulash or sandwiches or both every
day if I want. The foods I missed on a diet are right here warming my
insides and they keep me losing weight. Willpower? Hardly!
THE BREAD
The typical American woman gets about seven grams of fiber a day. For good health, she should be getting 25 to 35. Fiber isn't just for old people. THE CONDIMENTS

Prefer Mayo? The calories go up some, but the healthy ingredients make it a top choice. "Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise." 50 calories per Tablespoon only healthy fats..

Oh but darn it, what's a sandwich without BACON!?! Or you might put it another way and say what's a diet WITH bacon?!? Uh, ummm, mine. You're kidding now, right? Nope. Real BACON? Nope. But it has the aroma of real bacon, tastes like real bacon and unlike real bacon won't give you a heart attack. :) Please give a big round of applause to my friend and soon to be yours, delicious, healthy, low calorie Baconnaise!! 30 calories per tablespoon.
THE FILLING
Here are a few of the many choices for the main filling,
- a portabello mushroom sliced burger thick is 42 calories,
- a buffalo burger is 100, (unless they added fat)
- a grilled chicken breast is around 120,
- or....
- beef can range from 140 to 280 calories.
And we're not even going to discuss fried foods yet.You know the veggies you like to add. Add them in abundance.
A one egg sandwich - 237 calories, or have a TWO egg sandwich for 288 calories, (eggs are the only thing I fry and I only fry them like this) in a half Tablespoon of smart balance cooking oil, with a tablespoon of smart balance mayo on the sandwich is still under 300 calories and between the fiber and the protein will satisfy any level of hunger and stick to your ribs.
"But I came here for a 150 calorie sandwich. Where's that sandwich?" You are probably saying.

I give you (imagine a drum roll just like I invented it myself) ............................................. The fake BLT sandwich (Baconnaise, lettuce, and tomato) is 150 calories.

It's pretty easy to say no to a 240 calorie candy bar (unhealthy grease bar) when you had a dessert for breakfast and a fake BLT is only 150 calories back at the house. Willpower? Hardly.
