What is this idiot doing? I came back from the kitchen with a fresh glass of iced red ball tea and there he was - completely immobile, seemingly frozen in space and time - just like this....
In the picture, it looks like he's singing....

But in reality he was frozen like that. As if he thought, "OKAY, STOP RIGHT THERE. THAT'S IT, HOLD IT. HOLD IT.... DON'T MOVE... DON'T BLINK... DON'T EVEN BREATHE.... THAT'S RIGHT.... STILL, STILL, HERE SHE COMES! DON'T MOVE, SHE'S FREAKING OUT, SHE'S LOOKING ALL WORRIED, OH THERE SHE GOES! SHE'S GETTING THE CAMERA. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T MOVE... LET'S SCARE THE CRAP OUTTA HER. SHE'S GONNA WONDER WHAT THE HELL YOU WERE DOING FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE!"
He stayed in that position and didn't move for at least a full minute after I started taking pictures of him. I wasn't sure if he was alive or not. In any case I couldn't help him, so yes, I took pictures of him not knowing whether he was dead or alive. I've never seen one in that position and especially not frozen in that position. I thought he might have been shot or perhaps landed wrong and broke his his back, uh maybe... whatever had happened I needed evidence at the very least.
But suddenly he jumped up, shook himself off and flew away.
Any ideas? What's up with my crazy (thank God, ALIVE) jay?
I'm collecting opinions. Lord knows I've got questions today. How bout you? :)
