I was playing around with the Miranda rights one day. I wanted to transform it into an affirmation I could say to myself to keep me from being the pretty damned hateful person I once was. When it came together I felt like it was a gift straight from God. I was shocked that it made so much healing sense. My kids and grand kids know it by heart. :))
