The plateau has broken. 194.4!!! And my desire to
stress eat? Never showed up for this one!! Oh hell yeah, I was
stressed. Bout stressed to death... not one itty bitty teensy tiny
desire to overeat through the whole thing. 5 more pounds... and it'll
be hello 189!! I'm bringing this one home for my mother, my sister
Rita, my father and my precious dachshund, Mr. Black.
NO ONE I LOVE SUFFERS FOR NOTHING.
I am a duckin', dodgin', dancin', sneaky, conniving,
brilliant, crazy woman. I am a freight train, and a steam roller. And
anyone or anything gets in my way will be run over and can be mailed
home in a manilla envelope. :)&-=
Just last night Rosie wrote me and told me she saw me breaking through 190 in a week. I wanted to believe her last night. And I damn sure do today. :))

broadened my perspective.... enabled me to grow, with a
sense of humor mixed in, fabulous!
