5 Tips for a Great Psychic Reading

While considering the many Psychic Advisors listed here on Keen, I realized it can seem rather overwhelming. Why would someone log on to a website, choose a Psychic based on their photo, description, blog, ratings or other factors and, most importantly, trust them with their hard-earned cash for a reading?
What if, OMG, you pick the wrong one??!!!
So I came up with
5 Tips to Help You Get a Great Psychic Reading!
1) Get Centered
Getting a Psychic reading is a wonderful way to treat yourself. This is a special time where the many hidden forces at work can gather together to shed some light into your world, a time where love is given and received. So it is so important to take a few minutes to close the door to your room, unplug the phone, turn off the TV and tune out any outside noise. Then remember to sit silently for a few moments to center and gather your thoughts.
2) Ask For Assistance
Your many Spirit Guides and Angels are here to guide you. They are always present giving us gentle "nudges" as we go about our day. Their guidance can come in the form of subtle thoughts, feelings, visual and audio cues. (I get a lot of cues thru license plates!) So once you're feeling centered, ask your angels & guides, "What would you like me to know that is for my highest good today?"
3) Trust Your Gut
Next, be prepared to be guided! When choosing a Psychic Advisor, just as when we choose anything significant in life, it is so important to trust our intuition. This usually speaks to us through the senses. Wait for that little tingling sensation that resonates inside of you, it lets you know a connection is being made. Trust it.
4) Listen!
Once the reading is underway, listen to what your advisor has to say! This may sound like I'm stating the obvious but you'd be surprised how many people feel they need to tell me the details of their life story before I've begun to read them. A real psychic can give you an indepth, acurate, heart-to-heart reading without knowing anything about you. That is the nature of our gift! If you find yourself offering up too much info then Stop! and let your advisor do the talking. It is also helpful to have a pen and paper handy so you can jot down names, dates other messages as they get passed along.
5) Give Thanks
Once the reading is over and you've hung up the phone, remember to send thanks to your angelic beings and spirit guides for all their hard work--after all, they make us look good!!
