FALL EQUINOX 2010: The Sun Enters Libra
THE SUN ENTERS LIBRA:On Wednesday September 22nd at 11:09 P.M. EST we
officially begin autumn. For those who denounce astrology and say that
it has no place in our “modern society”, let me just say, the definition
of the seasons is: Each season begins when the Sun enters the first
degree of the four cardinal signs. The first day of autumn is that first
day of Libra, winter is Capricorn, spring is Aries, and summer is
Cancer.
This is considered one of the easier signs to deal with, and Libras
really don’t like confrontation. But they usually get what they want, as
do all the cardinal signs. But Libra isn’t direct like its three
cardinal siblings. It tends to circumvent and use passive-aggressive
techniques to achieve what its opposite sign of Aires would tear into.
There are no good and evil energies in astrology, only compatibilities.
It is what we do with the forces of our charts that decide whether we
are helping or hearing the collective.
