Also today, September 14, 2010, Mars enters Scorpio at 6:38pm EST through October 28th.  Mars joins Venus in this sign, and in so doing, issues of love and romance get heightened, intensified....and possibly obsessed on.  Mars represents the masculine, action, aggression and sexuality.  Venus represents the feminine and rules love, money, heart connections and all things beautiful.  Put them together.....BANG!  

Some say that those born with Venus and Mars in the same, or cooperative signs, have very fortunate love lives.  I tend to agree with this.  At the very least, their love lives don't tend to be boring.  So the tour of Mars and Venus in Scorpio is particularly fortunate for all Scorpions, but it impacts us all whenever Mars and Venus tour the same sign, or even the same element (air, fire, earth, water) for that matter.  So expect a great deal of action for many on the love, romance and sexual side of life.  Scorpio energies do NOT "play" on this matter...so it should be an interesting (and possibly bumpy) ride for many people.

One thing to expect is that these two planets touring Scorpio will not attempt to "make nice".  It will be about passion but also about getting to the root cause of any problem that may plague a relationship.  Putting a band-aid over the issues simply won't do with Scorpio energies.  It will be hard driving and unrelenting.  Personally, I kind of like that, but there are signs that don't prefer it.   Mars and Venus in Scorpio wants the whole truth and is quite willing to dig through the muck to find it, whatever it may be.  As I said, BANG!

If you're not already involved, and especially if you are an earth or water sign - or have strong placements in those two elements, this is a good time to actively seek out love, romance and involvement.  A little bit of effort should go a long way with this duo teaming up in the sky right now, especially if they are setting off your personal natal chart in any way. *wink*  This is all about ACTION!
