I often wonder how I came to be my companions rock,
was it all those late night phone conversations that seemed to have no end?
Was it the being there when my companion felt totaly abandon on more than one occassion?
I have come to the conclusion that I am really needed.
maybe I was really need all along.
as the days begin to pass between us I find his wisdom encouraging... and he is picking up a few things from me as well.
