When I read, I see some things as set in stone, and some things as changeable. Free will often does apply to our fates. Michelle Obama's decision to join the fright for health care reform is going to be the free will decision swings the pendulum to YES, it will pass. There will be 4 changes to the current plan before it passes, yet, it will pass.
