What do you think?
First the airline industry had their challenges, then banking and real estate and next on the grid is education. Do you feel No Child Left Behind was successful or did it wack havoc on a generation of youth? Obama is embarking on a new direction right at the New Moon and with Mars just now direct in Leo. Saturn is in Libra, the JUDGE and 'balancing the scales' planet.
What's right with higher education and K-12? Is there a place for spirituality (not religion-with separation of church and state) for the future of education?
Several decades past the major problems were keeping the shirt tucked in and chewing gum. Now it is kids blowing up schools, drugs, absent parents, lack of quality nutrition, poor fitness and a future with shading economy for job prospects. Students don't care. They don't get it. They're lack of motivation is reflected in the innovation that is thriving more in other countries, where research and education are said to be major indicators for financial improvements. So why don't kids and communities care?
Should students be going to schools or are the homeschoolers the way of the future?
What worked for you in your educational experience and what did not?
May the president do the right thing for the good of the whole
