Aw shucks...just got a 1-star rating. That is a downer, for sure.
The reason I write about this is not because I wish to flaunt my negative rating, rather, find out if other advisers, or even members have the same problem?
My problem is that I'm about as American as you can get. I mean, I was born in Oklahoma/Arkansas area in the U.S.A. and, speak like most everyone else around here...English. This is my way, obviously not EVERYONES way.
On that note, I have a very hard time understanding callers with thick accents from foreign countries. I try so hard and listen so closely. I even try to turn up the phone speaker, even though it's at full volume...nothing works. I can't understand you.
I gave a reading tonight and apparently what I thought the lady was saying, was indeed NOT right at all. I was doing my best to answer her, but, I just couldn't please.
I will take her one star rating, yes...and hold my head up high! She will not hurt me or my feelings. See, I have a lot of clients that would totally disagree with her and that makes me say, "it's OK!"
That's a wrap. Hopefully she will read this and understand why the reading wasn't up to her par? Regardless, this has got to help someone else in the future, anyway, somehow?
Should I learn a new language? Nawwwww.....blessed be ;-)
