HEALING CLOSE AND FAR
Body scanning is a practice of sensing spirit with or without a body. This skill is important for light work and healings. Because we’re all connected energetically it’s possible to aid in someone’s healing both in person and from a distance. With healing work we’re unblocking ‘stuck’, negative or unnecessary energy so that a person’s spirit can move and flow again. Stagnation exists on a soul level and often manifests within a physical body as disease. Often the empathic inner eye will see these energies as ‘dark spots’.
Emotions are the key to knowing where energy is ‘stuck’. You may know of Reiki, therapeutic touch and various other forms of light work healing. As with all forms of energy healing, intention is everything. Active and intentional use of imagination muscles, whether you visualize symbols, ‘send’ colors, pray to Christ, Goddess or to Shiva for healings, focused attention, in other words ‘intention’, to remove ‘stuck energy’ and purify a body to assist in altering an outcome, is vital for success.
The recipient of energy work is ultimately in control of this process, and her willingness and desire to heal is vital for a successful outcome. She must give you permission on a soul level to assist in her transformation. Ask with your empathic inner eye as you scan a spirit’s energy to see it ‘feels affirmative’ for a healing session. If there is resistance this is your answer.
