This shark washed ashore six years ago and was frozen. Last thursday the scientist in charge of disection to determine cause of death offered to do this in front of homeschoolers. We learned very many facts about sharks and came away with a deep respect for them. For example, did you know that for every shark attack death there are 20 million sharks killed by man?!

Shark lesson for the homeschoolers (hint- eye)
