"I have to lovingly disagree with you Fawn. The Secret unleashes the Universal Law of attraction so that people can stop living in such opression. A lot of psychics talk about blocks to getting what you want, but the truth is as we manifest what we desire the blocks automatically come tumbly down. That is how the universe works you put something out there and the universe lines itself up so that you get it, including the blocks.
The only way to get rid of those blocks is to keep putting your wishes out into the universe. Your idea just seems so complicated and miserable. God says that all you need is an ounce of faith and that will get you by. Even if you worried night and day about it but you keep praying about it The Universe/God/Higher Self/You will bring it your way. Through that you will heal and release blocks. It is kind of like saying once your perfect you can have what you want and that is not the case. You heal by following your path and your desires though there may be tears it does not have to be that way.
This is the ideology the Universe wants us to leave behind. This is th ideology that we will be leaving behind. The act of believing you are blocked is the only thing that can block you. THIS IS THE TRUTH. Light. "

I once believed just as you do. I have some experience in my own truth which reflect just what you say, in fact. However, even with a life time of inner work from the first time I can rembember, I've had some inner programming which, though subtle, is un moving. Now because I am always sending out vibes and feelings and beliefs of desire for what I wish to become - I attract this to the level in which my programming will allow.
To rid myself of the programming I must believe with
the faith of THE Secret, that this will tumble away as you say. However, often, more often than not - removing the 'blocks' have to do with inner work, which is in fact very positive as it allows you to go DEEP and find beauty and positive healing resides within. When this occurs, all that you create wth your desires and matching vibrations become powerful a thousand fold, because now we have matched and aligned with faith we couldn't reach before allowing ourselves, with great courage, to go to that sacred place, burn out the pain and fear, and with FAITH become light - and attract to us what we desire. :-)
My greatest joy has been in exploring the womb of Mother Earth and the embrace of Father Sky! To go deep within and shine LIGHT on my heart and soul, this brings tears of joy & love, which burn through the sorrow . . . as Faith's foundation. It is far from bleak - it is GOOD to allow the tears and power to flow through us so we can cleanse our spirit.
Tears are the seeds we plant at just the right times. They are strong, it is STRONG to allow the tears to flow, and positive. When we weep we often realize we are weeping for that which brings us our greatest joy . . . and to burn through the blocks with joy is a blessing.
The Secret is Truth but there's a road map available which includes a reminder for courage to change (transform) which brings anxiety in truth to many folks. So reaching to our depths, locating the block which brings anxiety, bringing love and light to that area and allowing it to go free; automatically creates a positive burst of faith.
In my mind, you and I are saying the same things only I'm including an element which you believe is not necessary- because if the total faith and focus is on what is desired, there is no need for inner work. So true, for those who align in one desire, with no blocks to recieving. And even with blocks, sometimes there are moments of clarity & insight which allow us a 'faith surge to create . . . often I find what works for me, is looking deeper, to shine a bright light inside myself; and lovingly align with light and love, from the inside out . . .
