What The Secret Is Missing

Over the weekend I've been spending hours outside around a fire with a circle of friends, praying and shamanic journeying for both inner peace and world peace. It's been powerful beyond measure!

Duing this time I've been praying for a few clients and seeking answers to questions for several of them. What I've found is that each soul who I sense and along with those who they are asking about; each of these clients have a very perfect soul reason/purpose for the lesson or stress they currently face.

Under the stars we discussed The Secret (movie and book) and the various opinions each hold on this latest popular media splash. some healers and spiritual teachers are not impressed with it because of what appears to be omitted from the teachings. Some are fine with it because for the folks who have no idea where to begin, this plants the seed for a birth of new ways of thinking, and even if it doesn't hold the entire truth of how to 'get there' - it does give a starting point.

To get to the nitty gritty of why it's not the whole truth, it's because in order to transform your life you must be willing to face certain things which are holding you back, blocking you from moving forward and stopping you from enjoying your authentic, genuine soul self. This takes work, tears, focus, dedication and a spirtiual sort of detox and healing that many folks are unwilling to explore.

Once the emotional body is 'clean' there 's room for creation of things which follow along in the wise magical teachings of The Secret!

The truth is, YOUR SOUL ALREADY KNOWS where you're heading. You call for spiritual guidance and assistance with life's journey . . . you ask for a nudge in the right direction. Be willing to listen and discern whether or not you want to accept psychic advice or reject it (politely and with love please :-)

As a divine soul, you have the power to transform your life. You have the power to open yourself up to healing and change from loving energy of advisors, God/dess, Mother Earth, Father Sky . . . your angelic helpers and guides.

I think this applies to anything and everything In our lives.
'The secret' is just a book, just like the bible. It cannot be held accountable verbatim, there is much to be interrupted/discovered by each and everyone of us. There can be hidden metaphors, which can change the whole concept compeletely to each and everyone if us.
You will seek the truth of what you can take from them and the rest, well just leave behind.
That is what makes life a 'journey' if everything was just okay,ABC all done, It would be pretty boring.:)

Another thought provoking blog and you are so right on. So many really want change but do not want to do the work to get from point A to B. They want to believe in the "Fairy Godmother" syndrome that it will come if they just wish hard enough! You must take action to clear out the cobwebs I agree! Blessings and it is so nice to have you back to share all you have learned with us!

Fawn, you are blessed and that is wonderful. Most people do not have half of the spirit blessing yet - they are so much in a fog. The missing part is true- openess to heal means something must come to an end and wounds must open to cleanse and heal. We forget to sit still and listen. It is the hardest thing to do. Sit and Listen. sit and listen. SIT AND LISTEN. hard but worth it. I am blessed to have you as my friend. love always.

I have to lovingly disagree with you Fawn. The Secret unleashes the Universal Law of attraction so that people can stop living in such opression. A lot of psychics talk about blocks to getting what you want, but the truth is as we manifest what we desire the blocks automatically come tumbly down. That is how the universe works you put something out there and the universe lines itself up so that you get it, including the blocks. The only way to get rid of those blocks is to keep putting your wishes out into the universe. Your idea just seems so complicated and miserable. God says that all you need is an ounce of faith and that will get you by. Even if you worried night and day about it but you keep praying about it The Universe/God/Higher Self/You will bring it your way. Through that you will heal and release blocks. It is kind of like saying once your perfect you can have what you want and that is not the case. You heal by following your path and your desires though there may be tears it does not have to be that way. This is the ideology the Universe wants us to leave behind. This is th ideology that we will be leaving behind. The act of believing you are blocked is the only thing that can block you. THIS IS THE TRUTH. Light.

I once believed just as you do. I have some experience in my own truth which reflect just what you say, in fact. However, even with a life time of inner work from the first time I can rembember, I've had some inner programming which, though subtle, is un moving. Now because I am always sending out vibes and feelings and beliefs of desire for what I wish to become - I attract this to the level in which my programming will allow. To rid myself of the programming I must believe with
the faith of THE Secret, that this will tumble away as you say. However, often, more often than not - removing the 'blocks' have to do with inner work, which is in fact very positive as it allows you to go DEEP and find beauty and positive healing resides within. When this occurs, all that you creat wth your desires and matching vibrations become powerful a thousand fold, because now we have matched and aligned with faith we couldn't reach before allowing ourselves, the great courage, to go to that sacred place, burn out the pain and fear and with FAITH become light and attract to us what we desire. :-)
