Yesterday was a blessing. I drove to a wonderful friend and healer's Whole Wellness Center to meet and work with some incredible, awesome women who are on her staff- in my capacity as a Shamanic Practitioner.

Theresa provided me with a deep NET (neuro emotional technique) session and I'm still processing from the work. As a barter I was priveliged and honored to work with these other people at their grand opening staff meeting, where Theresa provided delicious homemade dinner and everyone was able to introduce themselves to each other for the first time.

I led them on a journey to meet any guides and spirits, power animals or other beings who would help them connect with a vision and purpose for the building regarding their own role and that of it's role in the community. It was powerful and transformative, as shamanic work tends to be.

Meanwhile, I've opened a doorway to self discovery and emotional insight, by experiencing the NET. On one hand, I feel fragile and new, on the other, stronger and more confident. This work peels away the layers of our suppressed emotions, skin by skin. It may not always be 'happy happy joy joy!' to recall things we must release from our cellular memory, but it's always life changing and healing. 

Once a session is complete, the rebirth of a new perspective begins to unfold on the wake of an old one which no longer serves the life process anymore. It's a way to let go stuck energies and beliefs which blocks us & hold us back from being genuinely happy and content - a wonderful way to discover inner peace.

Theresa is the  owner and holist chiropractor/ NET healer at this center while she also has on her staff an allergy pro, several body work technique healers, some energy healers, massage therapists, homeopathy workers, naturapathic healers and a distant friend who would love to barter more NET time in exchange for lots of shamanic drumming and healing - me!
