The light of understanding dissolves the phantom of fear.

Ellie Harold

By letting thoughts run wild, and unchecked we can create our own worst-case scenarios. When we let fear overwhelm us, scenes involving the worst possibilities flash before our minds.

Thoughts stained by fear cannot perceive reality accurately. It is like attempting to study and object through a clouded lens. Nothing is seen clearly for what it is; everything is reduce to distorted and shadowy images. Sometimes we can become paralyzed by our fear; other times we might react defensively because doom appears imminent.

Fear is also F.E.A.R. False Evidence Appearing Real.

Keep in mind that there are at least two false premises regarding fear.

1st is the belief that things are as they appear to be.

2nd is that the fearful individual assumes that he or she lacks the resources to handle a tragic or emotionally devastating situation.

The truth of the matter is courage does not just belong to hero's and heroines but develops and grows deep within you with every life challenge you meet. When you look fear in the face you may just see right through it, if it is only a phantom after all.

I am here to help you illuminate your path and provide you with clear and direct answers to your questions. Together we can get through your fears no matter where they stem from. There is nothing that I will not take a look at for you in a non- judgemental way.

Many Blessings ~Amanda
