It is neither. It's a science. Psychics. What I do is based on the energy that you give off. I have been studing this for years and have master in how to use it to help people. You would go and hire a someone that was good at "Water Witching" to find out where the water is. Now it is used in many different areas.
I have mastered this. I have been able to take the vibarations of you voice and that make the pendulum move. Some people get mad because they are only getting a Yes or No answer.
