Providing the best experience I possibly can is paramount. I stand by my work and my ability to deliver readings in a timely and professional manner at all times.

All readings will be completed within 48-72 hours of receiving payment.

Requests received after 11 p.m. will be considered as received on the following day.

Please use the payment mail buttons on my listing to request readings. Readings require time and energy for me to complete. I will no longer complete readings until I receive payment.

Please make sure to include your first name as well as the first names of others involved in your reading.

I do my best to confirm all email requests within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours of sending payment, please resend your questions. I have been having some issues with questions not getting through.

Confirmations will give you a date to expect your reading and answer any general questions about my readings in the email.

Any circumstances that cause delays will be noted in the request email and on my listing. If an unexpected emergency comes up, I will send you a message with a new date to expect your reading to be delivered.
