PLEADING WITH ANGELS - a poem on suicide

Often times Intuitive workers bring in the troubled souls that no one else can imagine speaking with.  A similar scenario happened to me once concerning a desperate voice on railroad  tracks.  The person was endangered with pain and violence, and prayed for their burden to go away.  I tried to calm them at 4:30 AM, but after the scream of a train all was silent.  I went into a deep depression for a week.  They wanted answers now.

Though God and their angels are with them, their illness overcomes all common sense.  In this case I imagine what the television would say, the cyber ministers and police in the case of a last cell phone call being traced to an Intuitive Worker.  We can beg someone to connect with their higher self and Angels.  Suicide can be a troubling scenario for us, and if the person will not take the numbers of help we give, we are often the last voice of reason.

PLEADING WITH ANGELS

The cereal killer slay his victim then drove home.

Turning to his Bible he prayed for Gods presence.

For 1 moment, inspired by holy words, he felt saved…

then put on his coat, fetched his rope and killed again.

The Bible’s words to his thirsty soul were comfort,

but unable to change  his  need to destroy.

On the rail road tracks he called a psychic crying

"WHY?  WHY DON’T THE ANGELS LOVE ME?"

The Intuitive worker struggled to give hope.

In the back ground screamed the sound of a train,

then all was quiet.  The voice was gone.

“I tried to plead with his angels” the psychic cried.

The news lines next day told of the absurd story

of a cereal killer dead by the tracks, his cell phone cast

in autumn dry weeds, its last call to a psychic reader.

The police called for confirmation.  Television evangelists

raved to cyber flocks  the perils of prophetic advice.

“Dear God!” they pleaded, “They never put it in Gods hands!”

In doing intuitive reading be prepared that one day you will be the voice of reason in someone's last desperate moment of life.   Have a suicide number and most of all, preparation to give hope.  Your client may not always be a pure person.  Don't be afraid to speak about God and Angels.  This is one time when hope reaches hungrily for an excuse to stay alive.

...LOVE the way you chose to end the poem....oh those antiquated ideas of spirituality we cling to, subjective good and evil, eh?

You did the best you could, AM, you know that...the soul was too tormented by stronger spiritual influences too long, the only peace was for it to move on...

I WISH angels protected us, but they don't....that would interfere with our free will and they don't do that.

You can't fix everyone, you know that already, but it's worth repeating.

Thank you for making a difference in MY life.:)
