A} Yes, the killer made the bomb threats to see how much time it would take for security to step in.
B} He needed well orchestrated Information to methodically commit to his plan.
C} One lesson he learned from the past is without proof, Paranoia kills plans from turning in to action.
2} WHAT MOTIVATED THE KILLER TO SHOOT OVER 30 STUDENTS?
A} The killer killed to prove his manliness due to a woman’ s doubt in him due to a bad bedroom experience, or criticism “that his quiet personality was not man enough for her.”
B} He killed to eliminate his hatred of being judged by others.
C} He killed the idea of the college, the pressure of making choices, and the emphasis that he be an accomplished man.
3} DID HE RANDOMLY SET OUT TO KILL CERTAIN STUDENTS?
A} No. His spirit felt dead.
B} He had no real friends. His quiet personality set up too many walls to make them.
C} He thought this school would change his life. It didn’t.
4} WAS THERE ANOTHER KILLER BESIDES HIM?
A} No. The killer did not know anyone else that well and would have never shared this plan. It would have once again been another failure.
5} IN THE BIG PICTURE HOW WILL THIS EFFECT THE SCHOOL SYSTEM TO HAVE YET ANOTHER MASS KILLING IN A QUIET SMALL TOWN?
Sadly, it will make little difference. Education must go on. Parents make the choice to commit to education despite the lock down of their school or not. Residents of small schools have little choice.
6} WHAT DYNAMIC IN THE UNIVERSE BROUGHT THIS ON?
1} Bad experiences bring cold indifferent people together.
2} Sadly, the dynamic seen is the same as Christ on the Cross.
3} The children become like sacrificial lambs as the Universe struggles to bring resolve.
4} Just as the ant hill indifferently is kicked aside, the Eagle kills the bunny to eat,
or humans mass kill livestock to put meat on their tables,
the Universe never promises to be fair in its methods.
Spring the most lovely of months, brings maximum inner hormonal struggle in the young. They sit together in schools like a pressure cooker ready to explode. Not everyone is treated fairly, is blessed with popularity, good grades and good looks. The end result in a cold society is rage.

I am so sorry for the deaths that happened. Please do not blame God's plan on this situation. The Universe seems to have no boundaries for any species on Earth. Ultimately the answer is in school security.
