Your Common Sense Screams "Hell No!" { you keep crawling back.}
a chair by the rail road makes people sad

Here you go again.  Every fiber of your being says THIS person is one to stay away from.  Yet you fall in love with unspoken intrigue, canceled plans, frustrations and train crash  torment.  Your EMOTIONS trigger your inner fire.  Suddenly, there you are again, exposed on the tracks of a wounded ego.

WELCOME TO SELF SABOTAGE

So why do you do you keep falling for the relationship or behavior that makes you feel horrible? Why do you defend the person or situation that torments you?  Sure, you understand "their" / “it’s” bad for you. That special someone may actually be making your body sick with anxiety. Like needing one more cigarette, or one more beer, addiction to love has incredible power.  A  song plays on the radio that reminds you how you used to feel, giving you permission to make excuses.  The sight of the color of "their" car, or a place you had an intense emotional connection at, slams you onto the train tracks.  And there you are caught in the rail, screaming at your stupidity.

Just the phone or computer ringing has you praying it's them.  But they canceled the last plan and never even called to explain why.   “Walk away!  Don’t look back” ....your Angel / Intuition urges you. Your heart and gut twist.

You call a new psychic for confirmation the feeling you have is right..  Your old psychic is off line, {and truly you are tired of their warnings. } The new reader’s sugar coated voice yells “Don’t you let go!  What ever you do go after them honey! Tell them you love them!”

“All Right!  I will!” you scream excitedly to yourself, and for a fleeting moment of insanity you send a letter or email of caring needy intent to the “silent one.”  Your  gut crashes to the floor.  You feel horrible.  If you could you would ooze through the internet and grab the message before the other one reads it….{Worse.   WHAT IF THEY COLDLY DELETE IT?}    By night, there is no response at all.

TAKE CONTROL!   YOU CAN DO THIS!

Your self imagery is shot down and ragged.  It isn’t that you have no common sense.

  • The problem is your shadow side…the side that analyzes everything good you do for yourself.  You give up right away when the fear sets in.
  • You want to be happy.  You want the self sabotage to go away… so much you become overwhelmed. Weakness sets in.
  • Once the weakness and frustration kick in…your inner voice says “this is too much work.  Let’s just call / email or text to see if their O.K."
Try This for Healing
  • SEEK GROUP COUNSELING
  • Weight Watchers and  Ala-non, are not just about weight and drinking.
  • Give yourself to a good cry. Kick tires.  It's OK.
  • DO see friends and share your grief
  • DON'T over due it....remember even friends burn out with too much talk on sadness.
  • This is when Psychics come in.  You can tell your reader whats driving you crazy knowing they will never see your face or gossip behind your back.

TIPS ON SEEKING THE BEST READER TO HEAL SABOTAGE

phones

  • If what you are hearing in a reading is too good to be true, IT IS.
  • If your history with someone, or an issue, is being put in terms way too glorious and you know it, hang up politely.
  • Remember your history speaks louder then sugar coated words.
  • Seek a reader that is totally honest about the good and the bad they see.
  • Yes you may get mad!  But guess what?  That’s how you get better..
  • You can absolutely change your self sabotage through self image groups and honest readers.

Hi.. Wow... I just read this powerful posting.. Wow!! I had also read this from daily om .com

It was interesting seeing that so many others may be at a similar part of their journey.. ??

Anway, enjoy.. I will condense this a little.. Anger and the part it plays in our day to day life is something I sometimes found hard to understand.. So this shed some light on it... Hope it does for you too!

Unblocking The Ally
Habitual Anger

Sometimes when we feel anger, it is coming from a deep place that demands acknowledgment and expression.
At these times, it is important that we find healthy ways to honor our anger, remembering how dangerous it is to repress it.
However, anger can also become a habit, our go-to emotion whenever things go wrong. Often this is because, for whatever reason, we feel more comfortable expressing anger than we do other emotions, like sadness.
It can also be that getting angry gives us the impression that we’ve done something about our problem.
In these cases, our habitual anger is inhibiting both our ability to express our other emotions and to take action in our lives.

If it’s true that anger is functioning this way in your life. You might begin to see a pattern of some kind. This kind of awareness can be a formidable agent of transformation.

Anger can be a powerful ally, since it is filled with energy that we can harness and use to create change in the world.

Identifying the role anger plays in your life and restoring it to its proper function can bring new energy and expansiveness to your emotional life. (DailyOm.com)

It really comes back to the energy that surrounds the incident where we detect anger and then what we do.. with the anger & the energy..

Hope we create good outcomes.. and enjoy the journey.. Belinda :D)

What a great blog!  You are so correct about the self sabotage.  Belinda is correct also that anger can be an ally if directed properly.  It can motivate you to change the energy that is causing you to spiral downward.

Thank you so much for sharing with us Sister for this is the kind of blog that makes everyone have an "aha" moment.

Here is just another take on the uncontrolable behavior of chasing an inappropriate mate . . .

Soul knows this is a no go, so it chases it away.

Be happy!!!  What is the real thing that is making you sad?  The battle is within!
