Living with an Eclipse
Thank you for calling and/or writing me. I am available to help. I also want to share with you something that can make your life easier in the coming month. First, I begin with a question:

Ready or not, it is eclipse time again.
And I will share with you that you CAN make yourself ready!

OH, ECLIPSE!
Eclipses are transits of the Sun (solar or masculine/male energy) and Moon (lunar or feminine/female energy). The lunar eclipse, always a Full Moon, occurs when the Earth is between the Sun and Moon and the Earth’s shadow blots out the Moon. These signify conclusions, endings, solutions and resolutions. A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon stands between the Sun and Earth, cutting off the light of the Sun. A solar eclipse is always a New Moon heralds new beginnings in our lives.
Eclipse means to blot out, to remove, to cover. They occur during a Full Moon and New Moon. They occur in specific pairs of constellations, or, as you know them, signs. They occur in those same constellations or signs for two years, in six moth intervals.
The current set of eclipses is in the two sign sets of Leo/Aquarius ad Virgo/Pisces. This means that people with strong placements of Leo, Aquarius, Virgo or Pisces in their charts are more strongly affected than other people during these eclipses; but everyone is affected in some area of their life where the eclipse most marks.
The Virgo/Pisces eclipses began March 14, 2006 and the last one in that series occurred February 21, 2008. For those with Sun, Moon, Mercury, Neptune, Ascendant (Rising) and/or Descendant in Virgo or Pisces, this has brought some meaningful, serious and long-lasting changes. You could also have seen this happen if your Midheaven, North Node or South Node is in Virgo or Pisces.
With these eclipses in Mercury-ruled Virgo and Neptune-ruled Pisces, there is a strong push to organize, take care of matters that have been left undone, to put your literal and figurative house in order, to get rid of an addiction or obsession, to get wildly creative, to express yourself artistically in some way, or to delve deeper spiritually. Deception and delusion may be more noticeable or occur more. Miscommunication or awareness that there has been miscommunication may occur. There could be lots of talking now. Lies told in the past may also be coming to face you and the eclipse will suddenly and unexpectedly put something on your plate that can no longer be hidden. Intuition and other “psychic” abilities could surface. There could be a desire to withdraw into your head and thereby “escape” reality.
The Leo/Aquarius eclipses began February 7, 2008 and will occur every six months through the August 2009. For those with Sun, Moon, Mercury, Neptune, Ascendant (Rising) and/or Descendant in Leo or Aquarius, this means there will be some meaningful, serious and long-lasting changes. You could also see this happen if your Midheaven, North Node or South Node is in Leo or Aquarius.
We recently had a Full Moon lunar eclipse at 2 Pisces on September 7 at 7:27am PDT/10:27 am EDT/4:27 am CET). For quite a few, this brought out some heavy emotional expression and quite a few saw a FEMALE leave their life or if they were female, they may have made a decision to leave an unworkable relationship or situation. This could have been through a breakup, move-out divorce or death. There may have been conflicts with females. It may not have fully occurred on that date, but plans for it to take place became clear. The resolution of things was brought to the forefront. Closure may have occurred were needed.
HOW CAN YOU LIVE WITH ECLIPSES?
First, stay calm.
This is not a time to try to resolve all your problems or the problems of the world. Do not push serious emotional issues. Do not make ultimatums or promises. TAKE A VACATION!! The four days leading up to an eclipse and the four days after it are days to be careful of what you do and say (this month that would mean February 3 – 11 and 16-25, depending on where you live). Do not even try to passively push another person into a conflict so as to bring up a simmering issue. You will regret it. I also advise that you let an entire month and a week go by without pushing. Yes – 30 days after an eclipse the same energy will be felt. So, this month, the eclipse dates are February 7 and February 21 and the reoccurrence dates are March 7 and March 21. Wait until March 25, to be safe, before bringing up any serious issues. That way you can do it without emotional baggage that may well obscure the truth of the situation.
