Spears Announces Pregnancy to OK Magazine!
For weeks the paparazzi has been stating that Britney Spears was pregnant yet again. A possible pregnancy which included evidenciary text messages and “sources close to” have been declaring that the 3rd Spears baby was only a stork fall away. Yet, in shocking news, it is revealed --- A Spears baby is on the way, but it’s not Britney’s --- but her 16 year old sister Jamie Lynn’s.
OK Magazine is reporting that Jamie Lynn Spears' -- currently 12 weeks pregnant -- found out after she took an in-home pregnancy test and later doctor visit. Since then, she has revealed to her friends and family her current condition including a discussion with father, Casey Aldridge.
The most notable question asked by OK Magazine is regarding the message that Spears pregnancy sends to other teens about premarital sex. Spears responded with, “I definitely don’t think it’s something you should do; it’s better to wait. But, I can’t be judgmental because it’s a position I put myself in.”
Astrologically, Spears is going through transiting Jupiter opposing her natal Mars in maternal oriented Cancer. Mars, the ruler of her Aries Sun, shows that the events around Spears are going to affect her identity and the way others perceive her in a powerful manner. Jupiter, around the time Spears gives birth will be transiting her natal Uranus conjunction in Capricorn. Uranus breaks things up, it is shocking, and often changes an individuals life dramatically. This will be further confused by Neptune being involved. Spears will be faced with many questions, including what she wants to do career wise (Mars) in the future, as she is going to experience several problems with the public accepting her in an overtly child oriented show (Spears is the current star of Zoey 101).
A horary (A chart based on a question – in this case, How will this affect Jamie’s career) ran for her career was quite revealing as the house ruling Jamie was 19 Aries, which is exactly conjunct her natal sun. This according to both modern and classical astrologers denotes a chart that is highly radical or lacking in considerations against judgement. The significators of Jamie are Mars (ruler of Aries) retrograde in Cancer and the Moon in the 1st house in Aries. This reflects that Jamie’s career is strongly in question, and news will be forthcoming towards the end of January. The Moon is the ruler of the 4th house (endings and graves) which does not look promising for Spears current career path. In addition, Saturn the ruler of the 10th house of career is in the turned 6th house and common and cadent. Common and cadent planets result in a different circumstance that what one suspects. I feel that based on the horary chart, Nickelodeon will drop her from her television show Zoey 101, and most likely discontinue production. Spears career future despite her telogenic presence will have to be dramatically repaired before she can move forward.
History has not been kind to child stars who are out of the public eye. Dana Plato, The Brady Kids, and Danny Bonaducci are all victims of the cruelty of Hollywood, whom never forgives and always judges despite its members being ordinary mortals under the lens of a roving camera. Further, in an age of political correctness, it will be rough for Spears to move beyond a teenage image ruined by a pregnancy and a buying public (not to mention a TV network), which is concerned with traditional moral values for children. Despite Nick’s statement, “We respect Jamie Lynn’s decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn’s well being.” It is highly unlikely that they will keep her on retainer nor will her show Zoey 101 survive such a volatile atmosphere.
