So July 16th is my birthday and I've made some pretty darned rigid plans for the year ahead.  Go me!!!  Granted, if I fail to achieve them I just shrug and hug (myself)....afterall, I don't need no friggin' plans ;-)

However, I do need YOU.  SOOOOO....I wanted to give out 5 free minutes to anyone who askes for them.  Here are the conditions for which you may ask for them...

1) you must email me only via Keen to request free minutes...requests made on my private site will NOT be honored

2) you must talk about YOUR hopes and dreams and life and goals and love to honor MY bday bash (i.e. do NOT waste time talking about ME!!!)

3) you must promise to love yourself regularly during the day (HEY, get your mind out of the gutter!!!  We're talking peace, love, and honor here!!!)
