Light a candle, get a pen and notebook or paper, and focus on what you want to manifest this year. Go into great detail. If you are looking for the perfect relationship, now is the time to write down everything you want in the relationship, in a partner and in yourself. If you need to heal, write down how you wish to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. If you want to advance in your career, find a new job, or attract money, go into detail about your needs and wants, how much money you'd like to have.
After you've written your list, or lists if you want all of the above and more, take 3 minutes to focus on how wonderful you feel, as if you have already attained your desires. Blow out the candle and then say a prayer of thanks for all the things you have in your life! You will love how released you feel after this ritual. Feeling free and releasing your desires will help to manifest them. Save your manifestion writings in a secret spot, to reflect on later in the year.
