I was lying on the couch today with my boyfriend and he asked me what I was thinking. I have a very open relationship with him when it comes to expressing what is on our minds. I answered if I tell you I will cry. He laughed because I usually cry when I tell him something deeply emotional. I said I feel like I am falling in love with you all over again. The first thing he said was you should write a blog and call it renewed love. I said why? He answered “I fall deeper and deeper in love with you each day. It is important for us to renew our love to one another throughout our lives. This is what true love is and I always want you to tell me how you feel.” Now let me tell all of you I never experienced any man like this before in my life. He is not perfect and he has made mistakes. I have insecurities fears and doubts at times with him. It is my fear of losing him that creates my insecurities. When I feel this way he feels it to. He feels it as though I am pulling back and then his fears set in. I then feel like he is pulling back and my fears set in deeper. Eventually one of us opens up and releases these fears to one another. It is not healthy in a relationship to hold things in that are pondering our minds about the other. If it is fear that holds you back from expressing deep emotions then try to throw that fear out the window. I know we truly love each other and are grateful the Universe has brought us together. Once we discuss our fears and reassure each other of our love we strengthen the bond we have with each other. This is what he called renewed love.
