Accepting the Truth

It is easy to believe untruths that validate a state of mind that you used to having. It's easy to stay the same. The problem is that untruths usually only validate negative thought patterns and behaviors. The only way to break that pattern is to seek and find the truth and believe it when you find it!

Are you unconsciously repeating behavior that no longer match what you know will  make you happy? Ask yourself the reason why are are living this way. Do you hold fear of that you will never find lasting love,  that you will never find a better job, that you lose what little you have (no matter how painful) by reaching for something better? These negative patterns affect every aspect of your life. They cause more  negative  negative values, actions and people to cling to you because you are like them. 

Accepting the truth, even when its painful, is the first key to unlocking the hold of painful patterns, ways and people. Accepting the truth the way out of toxic illusion and into healthful reality. Give yourself permission to change accept the truth.
