Are feeling like you are at a place in your life where you are DRAINED?

I am seeing those clo
se to me and I recently just came out of a time of being self DRAINED by the world around me and it is not fun. It is very important to create time for self and I am going to give you some key points to giving yourself, yes, YOU, some self love. It is vital to health, well being, inner peace and inner joys.

1. Make 5-15 minutes per day, be it morning or night to say a positive prayer, affirmation, while relaxing, you can have a cup of coffee, tea, wine or glass of water.

2. Create a sacred space at work in your office, or have a sacred object, or a trigger word that can be written on a sticky tab that says "RELAX" if you are in a cubicle. A sacred space at work will help you to remember that life is not just about work, work, work and more work, but it is about a BALANCE. Creating a sacred space at home is beneficial and will result once done with diligence a profound relationship with the Creator, miracles, doors off opportunities and so much more... End each session of prayer or meditation with GRATEFULNESS. For Gratitude keeps the FLOW of abundance.

3. Drink lots of spring water during the day. Do not drink distilled water it is acidic and
you do not need more acidity in your body. If you can drink electrolyte enhance water, alkaline water, coconut water (not in a can as the metal can puts toxins in the water) so preferably the box or coconut itself.

4. Look at yourself in the mirror (it can be hard to do this one) and tell yourself in the eyes, "I LOVE YOU" and smile. Do this often

5. Remember to breathe, deep breaths, will help you to remember that you are alive, there is life around you and provide the body with the vital oxygen it needs.


These are just a few steps to create change for loving yourself. Never be afraid to pray and ask your Creator of All That Is for guidance, clarity, health, and to strengthen your gift of discernment/intuition.
