Healing - using Sound
Healing using sound is nothing new, as the vibration created by sounds will help any energy of stagnancy to experience movement. The other thing is will the movement stay or will the stagnancy need to have more, more and more sound for a period of time to break up the stagnant energy and create movement. As a healing practitioner and a sound healing practitioner my sessions involving both are intense, high vibrational, pivotal and a blocker buster.
Some of the tools I use when healing with sound are my own tones. To keep it simple, I can easily say the vowel sounds extended in sound. But without understanding of intention and feel the vibration go deep, intending the vibration entering into the place of intent and shaking up the CRAP, to move it out! It will not do anything vital.
Healing - using Sound is what I feel I used to do in past lives, I have recollected with past life regressions being a healer in many life times. Lemurian Healing Temples, as a Shaman, as a Witch, as a Priestess, as a mother, as a child, as a lover, as a practitioner of magical forces of High Power to list a few... In Greek, in Egyptian and even in the private temples below Alexandria to name some time periods.
In this life time, I use a the Language of Light, speaking to God directly, the Creator, using toning, crystal bowls and more...
To begin using a Sound for healing purposes, start with what is free and available, nature. The running of streams, the birds singing, the wind blowing through the trees, sounds of a group of unison chiming crickets, and all sounds of natural forces is a great beginning.
*Begin to tone the letter 'a' (pronounced - 'aaaaahhh') and say it as long as you can, then move through the vowel sounds, leave out the sometimes 'y'. Just a, eeeeee, iiiiiiii , ooooooooo, and uuuuuuu.
Breathe in deep through your nose, feel your belly expand and deflate, do this 3 times and begin to tone. Take the breath deeper each time, you may feel to cough, a little dizziness, or light headed-ness, this is letting you know its working and you may be a shallow breather. So receiving and intending 100% oxygen pushing it down to the diaphram, will make you feel a little dizzy or yawn, everyone is different. Pay attention to what is going on. If it is too much stop, but I would encourage to not give up easily.
Do this practice for about 2 mins the first time, then build to 3 mins, then to 5 mins, without stopping. Doing it outside is even better.
Then when you are ready take it up a notch to something intense, healing and that feels very good, with singer Deva Permal and the Gyuto Tibetan Monks - TEYATA OM BEKANZE BEKANZE MAHA BEKANZE BEKANZE RADZA SAMUT GATE SOHA. Now you can listen to it until you memorize it and then say it with them.
