This morning as I was heading to my new holistic office, I was listening to Kirk Franklin's song "Hosanna". That song can always shift me to another level of being, a positive place and mainly a grateful-happy space. In this space I felt all the troubles I have accumulated for the week was released away and cleared from my Spirit. If you are able to find such a song filled with passion, energy, hope and reconnection, please use it even if it is daily! As the title of this blog is called: In Love with Spirit, I felt is so strongly this morning as I listened to this song over and over 3 times to be exact as I commuted to the office for a Reiki I training with a new student. It was an overwhelming feeling that filled my emotional body with joy and happiness to be alive and here on the planet and alive. For some of us, those days are very few. This space also allowed my mental mind to be free from negative thoughts and transform to a space of relief and thinking about the great things in my life to be appreciated for and acknowledge them with thankfulness in my heart. It was so good to feel this new energy all around me and to bathe in its joy and happiness this morning. It filled me up and I still feel filled even at 4:16pm in the day.
