When we are going through a time when it feels so much like we don't have the strength. There is a sweetness of Spirit if we can just let it in can comfort us in our time of despair. It is hard not having anything physical that is supportive or truthful. It is hard to see past the hurting heart which feels tremendous pain, but it is very critical to find some bit of hope so that Spirit can shine some light into your Spirit. We can not let the low vibration that crappy energy to keep pulling at us and letting us feel more and more sorrowful. It will only cause delays in growth in one's life and even bring about delays.


So if you are struggling with tough emotional, mental, physical or spiritual situation, please know there is some way for connecting to something that matters. A beautiful thing that hurts when we hurt, is sad when we are sad and is low when we are low. This is because Spirit is here next to each of us, walking this path with us and really wants us to see the Joys in each breathe, the Smile in each moment and the Happiness in each minute. We must create it, shift out and shift into a place that has support and love.
